Please complete a separate WBW 2026 Membership form for each family member and submit before your first attended practice.

In addition to completing this form, a minimum of $25 will be due before you can participate in any indoor / land practice. Full WBW membership dues are required to be paid before team water practice starts. Club dues/membership runs from 1/1/26 - 12/31/26.
