Training Fee: Free to in-state participants. $450.00 for out-of-state participants. PBIS Applications will send an invoice to the designated billing contact. Any questions related to billing may be directed to Karen Crivello at training@pbisapps.org or 541-346-2332.

Note: Participants are required to bring laptop computers.

Note: the recommended ratio of facilitator to sites is 1:10.
SWIS Facilitator Responsibilities
As a SWIS facilitator, I will be able to meet with schools/facilities beginning SWIS usage at least 5 times throughout the year to (a) determine site readiness, (b) train users, and (c) meet with teams to build fluency in using data for decision making. *
As a SWIS facilitator, I will be able to provide ongoing coaching and support to the schools/facilities to which I'm assigned to (a) help maintain site readiness, (b) train new users, and (c) provide coaching and support for data-based decision making. *
I will attend all 2.5 days of the SWIS facilitator training and understand that my full attendance and participation is required for certification. *
