Become a Certified B Corporation (i.e. earn a verified score of 80+ on the full B Impact Assessment, meet the legal requirements, and schedule for review by B Lab, then pay the fee to make it official).

Identify areas that need significant improvement (in order to become a Certified B Corporation) and devise a strategy/action plan for addressing those areas.

The CLEARER you are in stating what you'd like from the team, the better they will be able to help you. (Please remember this is a team endeavor-- the students should be working together as a team towards a common set of deliverables to achieve the goal you mentioned in the question above. It's fine for students to take lead on different tasks that best fit their interests & skills, but the 2-4 students working with you should not each have their own “project.”)

Identify a single point person (or two) to serve as primary contact(s) with the student team.
Commit approx. 1-2 hours/week to working with your student consulting team (can be in-person, by phone, or virtually on a platform like FaceTime, Skype, or Zoom).
Participate in person or virtually for each of the key events mentioned above.
Consent to our photographing & filming the live events, and our making the slides and video recordings of the launch, midterm presentations, final presentations, and impact stories publicly available (primarily for outreach & promotion for future clinics and as a resource for participants in future labs).
Prepare a 3-4 minute "pitch" with a bit about who you are, what your company does, what your goals for working with a student team are, and where you'd like the team to focus, while making the case as to why students should want to work with your company (why the project they will be doing with & for you is interesting, important, engaging, etc) to share during our Launch event.
Provide feedback at the end of the semester -- both regarding your student team and your overall experience.
Understand that participation is contingent on enough qualified students applying to work with your company.
