The Synapse Buddy Program provides an opportunity for each individual with a brain injury to be paired with an undergraduate student. The goal of the program is to foster personal connections, mutual support, and help to reduce the social isolation individuals with a brain injury often experience. Buddies interact with each on a regular basis one-on-one and may attend various social activities hosted by the chapter.
