2017 NE Bubbles & Blazes Registration Form

We are happy to have you join us at the 2017 Bubbles & Blazes Gathering on July 29! Please read this form carefully and fill out the registration form completely. Pay your registration fee when you submit the form--no need to wait for an invoice.

Our special guest this year is Holly Port. Joining us from Colorado, Holly is a nationally recognized speaker and author of "Make it Fizz," on making bath fizzies and similar products. She will conduct two workshops--bath fizzies and bubble bars. Make and take one of each!

Prices USD:
Exclusive Rate through April 30: $60
Premier: May 1-31: $65
Standard: June 1-July 21: $70
At the Door: July 22 - 29 : $75

This rate includes a light breakfast and catered lunch and the day's activities, including garage sales, swaps, raffles, Ugly Soap Contest, door prizes, swag bags and more.

Policies:

Registration is secured once payment is received. The due dates above are good until 5pm the last day of each deadline.

Fees are non-refundable.

When you fill out the form, total the cost and send funds via Paypal to the address at the end of the form. Send the payment as a gift on Paypal and make sure your name is on the payment. If you do not have Paypal or wish to pay by check, contact Michelle at bubblesblazesgathering@yahoo.com right away to discuss a solution. Payment must be received in the time frame you register for; if you register for the Exclusive rate of $60, for instance, your payment must be received by April 30 or your price will bump up to the next level.

Guests are those who accompany you for moral support, such as a spouse or friend, but only paid participants may participate in gathering activities such as door prizes, raffles, contests, swag bags, swaps, workshops and so on. Guests do not have to pay the registration fee, only the meal fee of $12.

Due to the nature of the activities and facility size, no one under 13 years of age is allowed to attend.

In order to give priority to those who register early and those who attend, swag bags are filled and given out in the order of registration and are thus available to those who pre-register. Those paying after July 19 are not guaranteed a swag bag, but will get one if other attendees cancel or if we have enough goodies. Additionally, the bags will not be mailed to those who do not attend, nor may they be delivered to non-attendees by another party since they will be given out to attendees.

We love helpers! The registration form will include areas where you can assist in making the day go smoothly. Please choose the area you feel you would like to serve.
