This form is intended to best capture play interest for spring and summer soccer in 2024. If you are a returning Gray Ducks player this form will take a few minutes to complete. If you are new to the Gray Ducks in the past 9 months, then this form may take up to 10-15 minutes to complete. The intention of this form is to get all the information we need for team placement. Our club has no paid staff, and is 100% volunteer so your efforts up front help reduce the volunteer load.
