Presentation Assistant – Friday to Sunday
This job will include assisting the Dressage event C-ordinator with the Rosette, Sash and Rug presentations daily. This person needs to have an understanding of the Presentation process and of the Dressage classes.
Penciling – Friday to Sunday
You will write (record) the Dressage Judges marks and comments on the tests and score sheets. Clear, easy to read handwriting is helpful. To pencil for the dressage competition you must have experience. Jumping Pencillers need to have had jumping experience and also be able to use an ipad. Penciller’s need to have a friendly, cooperative attitude.
Sheet Collectors & Gate arena – Dressage Friday to Sunday
To collect score sheets from the judges at each of the arenas and deliver the sheets to the scorers as quickly as possible. Gate helper for the actual 60x20 arena when the riders enter after the bell rings.
Catering Assistants – Friday to Sunday
Assisting with the preparation and delivery of food and beverages to the Judges/pencillors and running meals to officials and volunteers, ensuring the volunteer food areas are stocked up and providing any other general assistance.
Grounds Team – Thursday to Sunday
Assisting with the pickup of horse manure, cleanliness of grounds, stables etc.
Poles Team – Friday to Sunday
Assisting with the pickup of ring poles and assisting the course builder etc.
