Call for Pitches for the Professional Growth Team
Kodeco is launching a new team — and you can be a part of it! The Professional Growth team, affectionately nicknamed ProGro, will focus on giving developers the non-technical skills they need to succeed. We'll cover topics like:

* Job search
* Growing your personal brand
* Planning your mobile dev career
* Developing your interpersonal skills
* Remote work
* Marketing your apps
* Being more successful in different dev roles

...and many other useful topics for beginner and senior mobile devs.

Do you have an idea for an article you'd love to write on the topic? Fantastic! We'd love for you to come on board. Here's some information about what being on the ProGro team is like:

- Payment: ProGro authors receive $200 per article. You'll be able to invoice for your articles after editing is complete.
- Workflow: ProGro authors receive a brief outlining the type of information we're looking for in your topic. The author then creates an outline. Once that outline is approved, authors write their polished draft. The Team Lead reviews it, then either asks for revision or edits it for publication. There is no sample app to write.
- Length: ProGro articles should be around 1,500–2,000 words in length.
- How to apply: Fill out the form below with some information about the specific article you'd like to write.

If you have any questions, or if you'd generally like to work on the team but need some help developing a pitch, feel free to reach out to ProGro Team Lead Sandra Grauschopf (sandra@kodeco.com). We're looking forward to hearing from you!
