Transportation Request: 2025-2026 MAC Field Trip
Thanks to some generous funding sources we are able to offer assistance with transportation costs for school field trips to the Northwest Museum of Arts & Culture (MAC). Applications from rural schools, Title 1 schools, and those serving a majority of underserved populations, will take priority but the application is open to all schools. Please use this form to request  transportation funding assistance. Our funding allowances are included below.

  1. 0-50 miles… Reimbursement up to $150 per bus

  2. 51-150 miles… Reimbursement up to $200 per bus

  3. 151+ miles… Reimbursement up to $300 per bus

Once you submit this form, a confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours detailing our process for reimbursement.
