All electronic devices must be registered before they are allowed on campus. Students will not be allowed to use an unregistered device under any circumstances.

Users bring devices at their own risk. Registration makes device recovery easier in the rare case of loss or theft. The school will not be liable in case of loss, theft, or damage.

A parent or guardian must fill out this form on behalf of the student in order to register the device.
