Exhibition Registration Procedure

  1. Submission of Application: Applicants must accurately complete and submit the provided application form, ensuring all required details have been included.

  2. Confirmation of Submission: After submitting the form, applicants should patiently await an official confirmation email from the event organizers, indicating successful registration.

  3. Receipt and Completion of Contract and Quotation: Upon receiving the official contract and quotation from the event administrators, applicants are obligated to fill in the document in its entirety and in good faith.

  4. Submission of Contract and Payment: The completed contract must be returned to info@jsc.co.jp. Applicants are required to submit their initial deposit or full payment (as stipulated in the quotation) concurrently with the contract.

  5. Securing Placement: Upon receipt of the contract and the corresponding payment, the event organizers will secure and confirm the applicant's position at the exhibition.

  6. Invoice Fulfilment: After the invoice has been issued, any remaining payments must be completed prior to the discount deadline. Compliance with this deadline is necessary to avail any applicable discounts.

Stand Booth:

For a 3x2 meter Stand booth, you will receive 3 exhibitor badges.

Raw Space:

For booth sizes between 9 sqm, you will receive 3 exhibitor badges. For every additional 9 sqm of booth space, you will receive an additional 3 exhibitor badges.

Please note that the number of exhibitor badges cannot exceed the corresponding number based on the size of the booth area.

Additionally, there is an extra fee of USD 30 per badge (3 Days) for any additional exhibitor badges required.

By submitting this application, you, the undersigned applicant (the "Exhibitor"), hereby represent and warrant that you have carefully read, understood, and fully agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions, Rules and Regulations, Privacy Policy, and Exhibitor Conduct Policy (collectively, the "Event Policies") of Wonder Festival Bangkok (the "Event"), as organized by JSC Company Limited (the "Organizer").

You affirm that you are legally able to enter into this Agreement, and the performance of the obligations under this Agreement does not, to your knowledge, conflict with or violate any law, regulation, or contractual commitment.

You further agree that submission of this application constitutes a legally binding commitment to participate in the Event and comply with all Event Policies. Non-compliance with the Event Policies may result in immediate termination of this Agreement and removal from the Event, with no obligation on the part of the Organizer to refund any fees paid.

You understand and agree that the Organizer reserves the right to modify the Event Policies at any time, and such changes will be communicated to you in writing. Continued participation in the Event following receipt of notice of any such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policies.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in the manner set forth in the Event Policies.
