ACAD Event Space Request
This form is for ACAD resident artists and other groups to request scheduling for your special events in the ACAD gallery and classroom space at 1400 Dallas Street.

Inputting information incorrectly may result in delay of scheduling your event.

Please look at the ACAD calendars first (http://www.auroraculture.org/acad-gallery-studios/) to make sure there is no existing conflict with your request.

Tenant pricing is $50 per performance use and $25 per rehearsal and classroom use. Non- tenant classroom use is $25 per hour. Please contact us for exact pricing. Art exhibits are priced differently. Please contact us for rates, with prices starting at $300. Studio artists receive one show per 18 months free of charge. We ask that you sign our contract rental form once you have booked the space. If there are fees associated with the use of the space, you will be sent an invoice.

Event reservation cancellations will be subject to a $100 charge (30 days or less).

IMPORTANT: Remember, please leave the space as you found it; this includes cleaning up after your event and taking out the trash. Please stack all tables and chairs, shut off lights and make sure all entrances are locked before leaving. You will be charged a $150 cleaning fee if you do not clean up after your event.
