About the Membership Directory: Each year we publish a Membership Directory utilizing the information provided in this survey. This directory is distributed to each member to facilitate our community and aid in membership communication. Directories and information contained therein are not to be shared or distributed.
Dues Scale:August 13, 2017 - May 31, 2018: $25June 1, 2018 - August 13, 2018: $15
The term of membership for the group is 12 months starting on August 13th, 2017. If you join during the summer at the reduced rate, you will need to renew again in the fall to remain a member.

Payment via PayPal (note that PayPal may charge you a fee for this service):Visit www.paypal.com and log in to your account. Choose to "Pay or Send Money" and then "Send Money to Friends or Family." (Do not choose "Pay for Goods or Services" as this creates an unnecessary fee for us.) Input the email address: email@example.com . When prompted, enter the dollar amount of dues to be paid following the scale above (generally $25). In the "Notes" section, include your name as you input on this membership form. Submit your payment following the prompts.
Also note that dues can be paid in-person via cash, check or PayPal at the Ice Cream Social on August 13 (3:30pm-7pm), at the First Day of School Reception (9-10:30am), at the Oakwood Farmers' Market on August 26 (9-11am) or September 16 (11am-1pm), at the New Member Coffee on September 9/15 (9:45am), or at the Fall Mixer on September 28 (7:30pm).
