Booth fees are $25 per vendor and are waived for non-profit organizations.Check-in/Setup begins at 3:00pm. All booths must be set up and all vehicles removed from the square no later than 4:45pm (unless you are a food truck). Vendor areas are split into 4 locations around the square: (1) Food, (2) Arts & Crafts, (3) Children's Play Area, (4) Non-profit / Informational organizations. Booth space is FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE in your designated location. Vendors are responsible for tables, chairs, electrical cords, or any amenities you will need during the event. We request ALL vendors to stay open until 9:00pm. No vehicles will be allowed on the square till after 9:00pm. Food vendors are responsible for checking with the Talladega Health Department for inspections and forms. The April on the Square committee reserves the right to reject any material it deems unsuitable. Vendors are responsible to comply with the State of Alabama tax regulations.

You are responsible for the cleanliness and safety of the area around your booth.
