Hello! We are Metam0re, a Vocaloid cosplay and cover duo based in Boston. We are so excited to returning to host the third year of Id0l Jam! This application is for vendors and artists who are interesting in selling their goods as part of our Id0l Market! Please read this application form carefully. Event Information
• Id0l Jam is a FREE idol-themed event taking place on Sunday, November 2, 2025 at Arts at the Armory in Somerville, MA. Id0l Jam's main feature are two Idol Showcases, but there will also be other idol-related activities including a cosplay contest, idol singer performances, trivia, a live band, and more! All cosplays are welcome, but idol cosplays are highly encouraged! This is an all-ages event that is open to all.

• This is Id0l Jam's third year and second year having an Id0l Market, which is YOU! We so glad to have the opportunity to work with such talented makers and craftsman!

• Id0l Jam will take place from 11 AM - 8 PM. Vendors will be asked to arrive between 8 AM - 10 AM for setup. Breakdown will begin no sooner than when the event ends at 8 PM. All vendors must have their space broken down by 9 PM.

• The Id0l Market will be set up in the balcony of the venue overlooking the main performance hall in a artist alley-style setup. Vendor spaces are can accommodate 1 6ft table. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables and chairs. Food and beverages will be available for purchase at this event.
Wi-Fi will be available for use.

• As we are an idol-themed event, we would like all vendors to offer at least some idol-themed or idol-adjacent items such as anime, kawaii, K-pop, aesthetic. You are welcome to sell items from other fandoms or themes provided some merchandise is on brand for the event. Our feedback from last year's artists and vendors was that their idol merch were their best sellers.

• Each 6ft spot is a $55 fee for one vendor ($50 table fee + $5 processing fee), or $80 for two vendors ($80 table fee + $5 processing fee, still within the 6ft table space. Please submit one form for each vendor and indicate who you will be splitting the table with in the application below). This must be paid by 2 weeks after your acceptance to secure your table space. Acceptances will be sent on a rolling basis. Table fees are non-refundable, however if you have paid and are later unable to make the event, we can put your fee to a future event and you would not need to pay again.
Vendor applications will be open from 05/31/25 until 07/26/2025 at 11:59pm. All applicants will be notified via email no later than 08/02/2025 if their application was approved, denied, or waitlisted.

• Please note that the sale of alcohol is STRICTLY prohibited. NSFW/18+ art is allowed however please keep in mind that this is an all-ages event so these items should be covered and interested buyers should be presenting an ID for age verification.
