This form should be fully completed for each additional player registered after 20th September 2025.  Registrations need to be submitted before midnight on the Thursday prior to playing.  

A csv / xls export of the club's membership list, to include: ENA ID, First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Current Age, EN Member and Player must be sent to registrations@nlnl.co.uk
