Welcome to the Inner-City Checkpoint Race Pre-Registration!

This event is a fun, informal, non-official challenge where participants will make their way between designated store checkpoints within the city. There are no road closures or official race marshals, and everyone will be navigating public roads and traffic.

This form is to ensure a smoother check-in and start on the day.

Submitting this form does not replace the event-day sign-in process. On the day of the event, you will be checked off from this list and then given an official indemnity form to complete and sign before participating.

PLEASE NOTE:

No participant may start the race without completing the sign-in and indemnity process

  • You must obey all applicable road laws and safety rules
  • This event is not an official race
  • Organisers and sponsors (including Shift) are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claims arising from your participation

Indemnity Statement

I understand that the Inner City Checkpoint Race is an informal, non-official event taking place on public roads and that participation is entirely voluntary. I accept full responsibility for my personal safety, health, and belongings during the event. I indemnify and hold harmless the organisers, affiliated stores, sponsors, and representatives from any claims, injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation.
