Peer Mentorship Program - Mentor Application
Thank you for your interest in participating as a Peer Mentor!

Please fill out this form for the Peer Mentorship Program. This program is designed to support incoming students who have graduated from the Academic Bridging or Transitional Year Programme, or participated in the Diploma to Degree program here at Woodsworth College.

This program runs from mid September to mid March. Mentors are required to meet with their mentees a minimum of once a month, and complete monthly reports submitted to the Office of the Dean of Students. During December and April, due to the examination period, you will not be required to meet with your mentee in-person, but will be encouraged to reach out via e-mail. Mentors are also required to meet with the Program Coordinator in-person once a semester.

Please make sure that all of the information submitted is correct.

Mentors must have completed 6.0 FCEs or more, and must have a 2.00 CGPA or higher.

Note: Mentors will be asked to meet briefly with the Program Coordinator before acceptance into the program. Should you not be able to attend an on-campus meeting, we would be happy to connect with you via Skype or phone.

Mandatory Training & Kick-Off: Mentors and Mentees are required to attend the mandatory training/ kick-off date, Saturday September 29

In an effort to ensure each match is successful and that you meet the requirements for the program, the Office of the Dean of Students will be accessing your academic history through ROSI. This information will not be shared, and solely serves the purpose of selecting program participants and matching up students with similar course history.
