Community Group Team Leader Application
Each Community Group Ministry will have a TEAM LEADER with orientation and training. A Team Leader helps facilitate group activities and meetups, as well as lead groups in simple spiritual practice.

A Community Group Ministry Team Leader is devoted to our church community, likes  hosting or organizing gatherings, and enjoys making deeper connections with people. If you embody any of these traits, then you might have the makings to become a Team Leader in our Small Group Ministry program.

A note about the questions below: These questions are designed to help us begin to think intentionally about the process of building community together as Team Leaders and in our Community Groups. I will be using your responses to help assess the training content and materials for the Team Leaders this summer.
