Grace & Stillness Retreat Booking Form 2018/19

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your place.
Final payment must be received at least 4 weeks before the start of your retreat or in full if booking less than 4 weeks before. Failure to do so may result in Grace & Stillness exercising its right to cancel your booking(s) and to charge the applicable cancellation charges.
The all-inclusive cost for 5 days/4 nights is £890pp for a shared double, twin or triple room and £980 for a single room. Include workshops, Access Bars certificate, Soul Plan, yoga, meditation, therapy massage, organised walks.
CANCELLATION: It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Whilst we would wish to treat cancellations sympathetically, spaces on the Grace & Stillness Retreat are limited and the following charges must be applied. Cancellation of your retreat, for whatever reason, should be notified to Guiomar Rebelo, thehealingtemple@outlook.com in writing.
The following cancellation policy applies:
• The deposit is always non-refundable.
• If we receive written notification 57 days or more before arrival then 50% of the total price can be refunded.
• 56 days or less before arrival no refund can be made at this short notice.

Booking Conditions

A non-refundable deposit is necessary to secure your place and the balance is payable 4 weeks before arrival unless a cash balance has been agreed. 2. Booking priority will be given to clients who have met our requirements for deposits and payment. 3. If you book a twin room for two persons it assumes you are booking with a friend otherwise the single supplement will apply. A higher fee has to be charged for single occupancy rooms as Guiomar is charged a higher premium by the venue for using these rooms. 4. Cancellations: We will endeavour to treat cancellations sympathetically, however, once a booking is made considerable administration costs are incurred by Guiomar. The fees refundable are as follows: 1) 57 days or more before arrival then 50% of the total price can be refunded. 2) 56 days or less before arrival no refund can be made at this short. Cancellation of your holiday, for whatever reason, should be notified to us in writing or by email. 5. No responsibility can be taken for travel booked or other costs incurred. 6. All medical information and food allergy details must be received before making any booking. No responsibility can be taken for information not given prior to the commencement of your retreat.
