Job description:-

Job Objective :- Flaw less Forging as per drawing

Key Responsibilities:-

Analysis of tooling drawing received from Design.
Plan Raw material for Dies & Punch
Maintaining Die History / Pull out card.
Maintaining In process report of die reconditioning.
Getting plaster casts certified by Quality department as per control plan
Additional

Planning, requisition and execution of Consumable items like Welding rods, VMC machining tooling.

Experience :- 5 – 15 years
