  1. Questions or Inquiries- billing, delivery, orders, and the grocery recovery program (GRP).
  2. General Program Changes- name or location. 
  3. Staff Changes- you will need to know the contact types of the person you are removing and/or adding. (Bill To, Program Lead, POL Order, Recall) Use these instructions to access your organization's staff contact list in PWW. If you need your PWW login information email partners@refb.org.
