Ice skating and ice sports involve certain inherent risks, dangers, and hazards which can result in serious injury. The skater/participant and/or the skater's/participant's parent or legal guardian assume and accept the risk of injury while in the Town of Bruno Rink facility. All skaters agree to abide by the posted rules and regulations and acknowledge that all skaters skate at your own risk. All hockey, sledge hockey, and broomball players agree to abide by the game rules as well as those set forth by the facility. At all times the skater/participant and/or skater's/participant's parent or legal guardian shall be fully liable for all personal injury and property damage incurred while on the premises. And the skater/participant or skater's/participant's parent or legal guardian agree to hold the Town of Bruno, Bruno Rink Committee, Bruno Minor Hockey Committee, agents or employees harmless against any and all liability claims, demands or causes of action asserted against the Town of Bruno arising from a skater's/participant's use of the facility.

As a member of Bruno Rink, you will be required to work shifts in the score clock and sell 50/50's during your child's game. *

If you are unable to work your scheduled shift, you can switch shifts with another parent or pay for a trained student or parent to work your shift.

Please note that anyone who is registered with a team through SHA needs to have the required courses to coach and anyone over 18 years of age now needs to hand in a Criminal Record Check at the start of the season to their Minor Hockey Association. These Criminal Record Checks will need to be reissued every 3 years. *

Respect in Sport is listed as a requirement for all team staff, including managers and volunteers over the age of 16. It would be a good idea for all parents to take this in case you are ever needed to help at a practice if a coach is absent.
