SURVEY STUDENTS USING LEARNING SUPPORTS WIN AN IPOD SHUFFLE

University disability offices say more students today are attending college.
Yet, four year schools average just 10 students
Who report to their school's disability offices.
THE NUMBER OF STUDENTS WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES IS MUCH HIGHER.
IT'S JUST THAT STUDENTS DON'T REPORT TO THEIR SCHOOL'S DISABILITY OFFICES.

I am working towards my master's degree in education
With an initial certification in special education.
I am doing research to understand one's willingness to seek assistance.
This survey is designed to help me better understand
STUDENTS WHO ARE ALREADY USING LEARNING SUPPORTS AT THE COLLEGE LEVEL.
It should take less than 15 minutes to complete this survey.
Your responses are important. Your data will be kept strictly confidential.
Individual responses will never be identified.
Respondants will have an opportunity to enter a drawing for an IPOD SHUFFLE.
Thank you in advance for your time and participation.
