Expanding Your Horizons (EYH) Sonoma County is a one-day conference for 7th and 8th grade girls consisting of fun, hands-on STEM workshops led by local women working in the sciences. During the conference, young women will gain experience in STEM topics of their choosing, have the opportunity to interact with positive women role models, and develop a deeper understanding of the need for STEM education and early career exploration. While the conference is hosted in Sonoma County, residents of other nearby counties are welcome and encouraged to attend. A suggested donation of $20 may be made via PayPal.

We also hold a workshop for parents during the event, led by the Academic Talent Search Sonoma, with a focus on how to help prepare your student in their journey towards college and STEM careers. Registration for the parent workshop is after the student registration in the form below. 

Lunch and snacks are provided for students and parents who attend the workshops.
