Call for Films - Submission Form

𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
The Kwame Nkrumah Festival (KNF) seeks to promote and enrich 21st century pan-African ideas and culture, strengthen and deepen pan Africanism by infusing it with the liberatory power and perspectives of African feminism.

Theme: 𝐏𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐦, 𝐅𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐋𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐲 is in line with Dr. Kwame Nkrumah’s ideology of self-reliance, freedom from imperialism, and drawing on culture, modern science and technology, to enhance the condition of all people irrespective of their gender, age, class, ethnicity and religion.

The KNF seeks innovative storytelling and production related to the festival theme from all genres created in Africa and the African Diaspora. Visit the festival website: for more about the festival.
