Grown Assed Rock Camp will be held May 4th-6th, 2018. Registration will be open until camp is filled, at which point we’ll start a waiting list. There are three parts to the Grown Assed Rock Camp application: Part 1: Fill out this application/registrationPart 2: Be sure to include your $25 non-refundable deposit (counts towards your tuition) through PayPal (as instructed at the end) or by check or money order to the address below: Part 3: When you have received confirmation that your application has been accepted pay the remainder of your $200 tuition by March 30th, 2018. If you recruit a buddy for the "2 for $300" promotion and you list each other’s names on your applications your tuition total will be $150 each. Tuition can be paid in installments but must be paid in full by March 30th, 2018. If you have problems or questions please contact us! When does registration end? Registration will close when camp has reached capacity. We will send out confirmation of acceptance of applications and more information as applications are received.
What is the 2018 camp schedule?

How much does camp cost? A $25 non-refundable deposit towards your total tuition is due with your application. Tuition for the weekend is $200. If you recruit a friend you pay $150 each. Either of these amounts can be fundraised through your network of friends and family or you can choose to pay the full tuition on your own. For those who can afford to pay or are able to fundraise more we encourage you to do so as this is a fundraiser for Girls Rock Athens! Whether you can raise $5 more or $5,000 more, every little bit helps and is greatly appreciated! Please contact us with any questions or problems, we want you all to participate in this fundraiser!
Is financial aid available? No, Grown Assed Rock Camp is meant to be a fundraiser for Girls Rock Camp. However, you are able to fundraise the remainder of your tuition after your $25 deposit via your own fundraising page: https://www.gagives.org/c/GGD/a/girlsrockathensga/f/reg/

When is the tuition payment due? Once you have received confirmation of your camper’s registration, payment is due 2 weeks after the confirmation letter is sent. Payment arrangements and installments can be arranged but if you do not pay in full by the payment deadline of March 30th 2018 we will cancel your acceptance into the camp and give your spot to another camper.
What if I am accepted but I don’t get my first choice of instrument? Just like with the girls, we do our best to help everyone get her first choice instrument, but that is not always possible, and sometimes campers will have to play their second choice instrument as a way to make cohesive bands. This rarely happens.
What if I need to cancel? If you need to cancel, please notify us right away. If you have submitted your payment and would like a refund, you must cancel IN WRITING. If you cancel before March 30th, 2018 we will refund any payments made over your $25 deposit. If you cancel after March 30th 2018 we cannot refund your payment. If you have not paid in full by this date, you will lose your spot, as there are many other rockers who’d be happy to have it!
I didn’t get in, is there a waitlist? If you didn’t get into this session we will keep a short waitlist in case there are any last minute cancellations. This list is only active for this year’s session and you will have to re-register next year.
