Once the pre-sale ends and after payment is received, we will then proceed to make the keycaps. We will notify buyers of the shipping time once we have collected all the pre-sale intake. We will send out the keycaps in different batches. Please pay attention to our Instagram!
If the address is inaccurate and the parcel gets sent back to us, the fee to re-send the parcel is responsibility of the buyer.
<< SHIPPING >> We are able to ship our products globally. Domestic and international orders will be shipped by Hong Kong Post Office Registered Mail. Air Registered Mail normally takes around 2 weeks to arrive in most countries (once shipped). Scheduled delivery date and time depends on origin, destination, and Post Office™ acceptance time. If your order has been shipped to you and hasn't reached you within 2-3 weeks of the estimated delivery date, please contact the local post office in your country and quote the tracking number of your package.
