Gender Inclusive Housing  .........................Marshall Application
Gender inclusive housing is available for continuing student groups in designated areas within our seven apartment living areas at UC San Diego. Gender inclusive housing allows continuing students (with housing guarantee) of all genders to live together in apartments.

This housing option is available only to groups of students from the same college (except for The Village and International House).  If you need assistance in seeking out a group that may be interested in gender inclusive housing, please contact the Thurgood Marshall Residence Life Office at (858) 534-4340.

Timeline 2016
Monday, February 29th:  
Application available online

Tuesday, March 15th:
Application and Living agreement due

Friday, April 1st:
Groups notified via email if they are accepted as a household based on application information. Instructions with how to accept will be included. You may be contacted prior to acceptance if we find that we need more information from you or members of your group.

Tuesday, April 6th:
Due date for each person in your group to confirm via e-mail their participation/assignment to Gender Inclusive Housing. This confirmation will include the details of the Apartment Living Agreement.

April 18-April 21st:
Housing Application/pre- payment due
*Pre-placement of gender inclusive households will occur before the general online Room Selection period.
