Fees charged per stall: N$650 for a 9 meter square stall.
Applying for a stall is at your own risk. Organizers can't be held liable for cancellation or bad turn out for unforeseen circumstances.
Electricity is being provided. However, stall vendors will be responsible for bringing their own extension cables. No shading will be provided, so please bring your own shading devices (umbrellas, gazebos, etc.).
All stalls are responsible for their own bins and garbage bags.
Volunteers are available to assist in setup, but no volunteers will be available to assist with any cleaning or running of stalls once the Arts Fair has begun.
No parking is available.
Stall holders are required to remain open until the official closing time of the markets. Stall areas must be vacated within one hour of official closing time.
If you do not show up, or show up late, you will be fined N$800.
If your stall area is not clean after pack up, you will be fined N$800.
