Spring Trip - Port Aransas
March 12th - 15th, 2026     Trip Contract
Charter bus transportation and accommodations at Port Royal Resort.
The cost is $600 per student or chaperone
Below is the payment plan by due date and amount owed. The option to pay for the trip in its entirety prior to the dates listed is certainly recommended.

September 5th, 2025 – Deposit Payment (non-refundable) $100.00

October 3, 2025 – Payment (non-refundable) $100.00

November 7, 2025 – Payment (non-refundable) $100.00

December 12, 2025 – Payment (non-refundable) $100.00

January 9, 2026 – Payment (non-refundable) $100.00

February 6, 2026 – Payment (non-refundable) $100.00

In order for students to be eligible to participate they must adhere to the UIL guidelines regarding passing grades as well as ALL 2025-2026 Band Fees must be paid in full before December 19, 2025.
