This is the K-5 participant registration form. 

What: Vacation Bible School (VBS) 

When: June 12th - June 15th, 2023
            Monday - Thursday,  9:00am - 12:00pm

Where: Hope Lutheran Church - 2226 Eddy Ln. Eau Claire, WI 54703

Who: Children grades K-5, plus youth helpers grades 6-12 and adult volunteers.

Fee is $20 per participant + free for volunteers.  Take payment to your home church office!

We will sing, play games, share Bible stories, and make crafts.

*On Thursday, parents and families are invited to join us at 11:30am for the VBS finale program!

*Please bring a water bottle, and wear clothes to be active and messy! A snack will be provided each day!
