SCSD Girl's VOLLEYBALL Interest Form
We are excited for our 2019-20 season! Please note we will field 1 A and 1 B team for each grade for all of SCSD for VOLLEYBALL this year (see below for more information).

In order to make sure we have everyone's information prior to tryouts we ask you fill out this interest form. In the event your daughter makes a team we will send registration information. In order to play you will need to register for the season for a price of $295 (scholarships are available for families in need), which covers a coach, scorekeepers, referees, uniforms, insurance, equipment, scheduling, league fees and administration of the program. You season should include roughly 30 events over 10 weeks.

More Information on the 1 team model:
This has already been in place for several years with Flag Football and Soccer and allows SCSD to be more competitive (as even combined our school size would rank #7 of the 10 teams we compete again), better coaches, better access to facilities and allows the programs to be more sustainable into the future with higher quality experiences for all! Practices and games will be split as evenly as possible among both sites and some events will be other locations (as has been done for years with soccer, flag football and other sports).

I am aware of the tryout dates, locations and times located on the registration page: *
NOTE: For best chance to make a team it is recommended that players attend both tryouts (since there are 2 SCSD teams per grade 1 tryout will be at each school, please do your best to attend BOTH)... SCSD Volleyball Site: (BOTH Schools) https://www.scsdsports.org/cms-volleyball

I understand my child’s best chance to make a team is by coming to both days of the tryout and priority will be given to those who do attend both days: *
I understand that playing time for the A team is based on effort and performance as well as commitment to attending all practices and games as well as showing up on time. I understand that playing time will not be even on the A team, and that while all players can expect to play in each game the coach do what is in the best interest of the team and the individual players: *
I understand that playing time for the B team in relatively even provided all players give maximum effort, have a positive attitude and attend all practices and games as well as show up on time to these events: *
