2024 Google Season of Docs: Organization Payment Information Form
If your open source organization is participating in Google Season of Docs 2024 please fill out this form. Each project will receive $5,000 - $15,000 USD. Your Google Season of Docs program acceptance email will include your total grant amount.

FORM DEADLINE: Please submit the form by May 22, 2024 at 18:00 UTC.

Your open source organization name *
This must match your open source organization's name in your Google Season of Docs application. NOTE: If the organization name begins with "The," it is listed in alphabetical order with the other 'T's.
What is your exact USERNAME in the Open Collective system? *
Enter your exact username from your Open Collective profile. We will transfer funds to that profile, so please double-check that you have the correct username! Your username is the string of text found after opencollective.com/ in your profile URL. For example, Google Season of Docs' profile URL is https://opencollective.com/season-of-docs so our Open Collective username is season-of-docs. Your username can also be found under the 'URL slug' in the 'Info' section of your account profile.
Anything else we need to know to process your payment? For example, if your funds are being handled by another organization, such as the Linux Foundation, please indicate that here.
