The following survey is not sponsored by any NYCDOE office but an informal gathering of your truth regarding remote and in-person working.

The information shared will be kept confidential and will be used to help craft recommendations for Return to Office.

The survey is long but is separated into sections. It shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to complete. For any questions reach out to us at nycdoeblm@gmail.com.
