Two Bear Farm 2026 CSA Membership Form
Our 2026 CSA is now open for enrollment!    If you are new to the farm CSA,  the way this works is you sign up and pay now, and you will then receive 18 weeks of fresh produce from our farm starting sometime between mid-May and June 1st, depending on weather and plant growth.  Final details will be sent to you via email as the season approaches.

Please understand that all communication for CSA is through email, including your weekly newsletters, so please move our email address into your primary folder contacts so that it does not go to the wrong folder. Please read your emails from us as they contain important info regarding start dates and weekly updates.

Please note that Glacier shares will once again have an additional $25 delivery added to the price in order to compensate Wicked Good Produce for delivering to West Glacier.

Please read this signup form carefully and agree to the terms of the membership.  The better you understand how the CSA works, the less confusion and questions you'll have throughout the season.  With the goal of keeping costs down so our shares are affordable to all community members ( we will be keeping the same price as 2025),  and to keep stress to a minimum, we offer a very straight forward CSA.

We do not invoice you for your CSA.  Upon completion of this form, you can pay by mailing us a check, or by using Venmo (although Venmo will add a 1.9% fee to your transaction). Our Venmo is @twobearfarm and our mailing address is 1978 K M Ranch Road, Whitefish, Montana 59937.  Balances must be paid in full before the start of the season or else your share will be put on hold until payment is received.

P.S- You will not receive a confirmation email after sending your payment. If you filled out the form and submitted payment, you can consider yourself signed up for the CSA.

I am paying by: *
I am aware that the amount I owe is listed in the previous question based on the location I selected, and that I will not be invoiced.  We recommend taking a photo of that page so you know your cost as well as the day and time of your pickup.  (consider taking a photo or writing it down).  I understand that payment is due at the time of signup, not during the summer, so ideally, I will pay the full price at sign-up.  If this is not possible, I will pay 50% now, and then pay another 50% before the CSA season begins.  All shares must be paid in full before CSA begins otherwise your share will be placed on hold. *
Required
I understand that it is my responsibility to pick up my share every week at the designated location within the designated hours.  There is no ability to change pickup locations during the season. *
Required
If I am unable to pick up my share, I understand it is my responsibility to find a friend or family member to pickup for me.  If I can't find someone else to pickup my share,  I realize that I lose my share for that week. I will not contact the farm about my missed share.  The farm recognizes this is a strict rule, but dealing with missed shares is too disruptive to daily schedule. *
Required
I understand that if I need to contact the farm, I will do so via email.  I will not call or text, especially after hours or on weekends. I will also not drive out to the farm unless a visit has been scheduled. *
Required
Your farmers will provide you with the freshest possible vegetables every week based on what is ready for harvest on the farm.  The shares are not customizable, so I understand I receive a standard share each week.
I understand that the farmers are not completely unreasonable :), and if they screw up my share, they will find a reasonable way to correct the error as customer satisfaction is very important to them.  This is the one instance where a phone call or text is appropriate.  If you are at pickup and your share is not there, letting us know immediately might allow us to remedy the issue without you having to make an additional trip (this applies primarily to Glacier and the On Farm Pickup groups).
If I ask someone to pick up my share on my behalf, I will give them instructions regarding these rules, the location, and the process for picking up my share. These rules apply to them whether or not they are aware of them, so for everyones sake, it's nice if they are in the loop. *
Required
I have read the rules carefully, and I am agreeing to them even if I don't necessarily like all of them.  I realize there is no way to sign up for a CSA without having agreed to them, and so I will not be upset when these rules are followed during the season. *
