Vendor Fee includes:  One 10x10 area, One table, two chairs, Parking.  Applications and vendor fees must be received no later than April 15, 2026. If paying by check, please mail to:  Buellton Chamber of Commerce, PO Box 231, Buellton, CA  93427.  If paying by credit card, you will be directed to a link on the next page to enter your payment.  If you have questions, please contact the Chamber at 805-688-7829.
Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement: *
The undersigned, desiring to enter and participate as a vendor in Buellton Brew Fest does hereby tender his/her application to participate.  If the selection committee accepts the applicant vendor, the undersigned agrees to: Release and hold harmless En Fuego Events, Buellton Brew Fest, The City of Buellton, Buellton Chamber of Commerce and any other participating organizers, sponsors, their officers, directors, employees, and/or other members and volunteers from any and all liability arising out of said event.  Accept all risks inherent in the event and hereby agrees to release the above entities from any loss or damage arising out of said event.  Abide by the guidelines under which said event will be run.  That the foregoing release, waiver, and indemnity agreement is as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law in the State of California.
