Youth Ministry Cedar Point Trip Registration
When: Thursday, July 21st 2022
Departing at 6:30 a.m. from Saint Pius
Returning around midnight

Who: Incoming 9th-Outgoing 12th Grade Students
Note: if registration is not full by July 1st, it will be opened up to 8th grade students.

Cost: $50 per teen - includes admission ticket to the park, unlimited drink wristband, and round-trip transportation on air-conditioned charter bus. Teens/parents will be responsible for food purchases (lunch and dinner) at the park. Breakfast and snacks will be provided on the bus.

Teens will also be asked to bring a few dollars ($3-5) in order to help with the tip for the bus driver.

Important Rules/Policies for the Day:
- All teens must have a cell phone with them at all times
- Teens must be responsible enough to be with a group of peers and no adult for the majority of the day.
There are no exceptions to these policies

Registration is strictly limited to 40 teens in order to accommodate the appropriate number of chaperones. Spots will fill up!

Further, on behalf of myself, my child, and my child's other parent/guardian, I hereby release all claims, judgments and liability of every kind for any injury and damage of any kind, whether personal or property, that we or any one of us may suffer or incur due to my child's participation in the event, regardless of whether the injury or damage is attributable to the fault of parties other than the Parish or Diocese or attributable to the fault, including negligence, of the Parish or Diocese.
