If elected as a local councillor, you and your council colleagues will have to address many social and environmental challenges in the next 10 years. These include poor air quality, rising transport & energy costs, traffic congestion, ill health & obesity, and the urgent need to reduce CO2 emissions.
We believe that voters in Greater Manchester should be able to know what their local election candidates think about these issues and we therefore invite you to complete our election survey.
This should take 10-15 minutes to complete. The first section is about you the candidate, then there are 10 questions on environmental issues. Please answer Yes, No or Don't know to each question and include any comments in the box provided.
We will be publishing the responses as they come in so voters can see which candidates best represent their concerns on these key issues - so please submit your response as soon as you can.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey!
On completing this survey, we will publish your responses, along with your name, council, ward and party on our website. We will not publish your email address. We will only use your email address to contact you in relation to election surveys (for example to invite you to take part or to verify your survey response).
