This is an opportunity to apply for a strategy call to determine what you need to meet your current fitness goals.
During this FREE 15 minute call, I’d love to learn more about you and your goals, what questions and any concerns you have, and to see if I am the right fit to help you navigate this chapter of athleticism. We will discuss further options on how to best work together to help you!

My mission is to help pregnant and postpartum women build long term function and strength by creating personalized strategies that account for your own considerations during this season. I am committed to supporting and empowering you to have confidence and strength during pregnancy and postpartum- whether that’s managing any pain or symptoms, modifications to your programming, and anything else that pops up.
