My mission is to help pregnant, postpartum, and all women build long term function and strength by creating personalized strategies that account for your own considerations during this season. I am committed to supporting and empowering you to have confidence and strength during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond- whether that’s managing any pain or symptoms, modifications to your programming, and everything else in between.
