2026 Volunteer Waiver

One waiver is required each calendar year for each adult or child volunteer. Section 1 is required for all volunteers, Section 2 and 3 are required only for Parents and Legal Guardians for children 17 and younger. 

Release of Liability
I give unrestricted permission to be included in photographs taken and for those photographs and any written or oral statements I make to be used for the improvement and promotion of EmmanuWheel.

I hereby release and hold harmless EmmanuWheel’s program, employees, volunteers and workers, their officers, officials and agents (“Releasees”), with respect to any and all losses and/or damages to person and/or property which may arise out of the volunteer’s participation and involvement with EmmanuWheel and the above-refer­enced activities, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, except that which is the result of gross negligence and/or wanton misconduct. I understand that this is a full and complete release and that EmmanuWheel requires this release by me on behalf of the Volunteer to allow the Volunteer to participate in the ramp build.
