Please sign up for what days you would like to sign up your agency for a table.  It is expected that there will be someone to man your table for the entire duration of that day's event (8am to 4pm...there will be two days that are evenings until 6 or so that will be communicated as soon as we know).  If you would like to sign up only to have your items displayed (you will be restricted to a brochure rack of some sort) please indicate on this form as well.  Tables will be provided but you will be asked to bring a chair ("camp chair") with you if you will need/want one.  Parking will be at the New Hope Church next to the school.  You "may" be able to drive over to the school to drop off your items but you will need to move your car to the church and walk over to the tent.  More specific information will be provided closer to the event.
