Mountain Elementary School District     Transitional Kindergarten/Kindergarten             Enrollment Interest Form SY 2025-26.
Please complete this form to pre-register your child for either Transitional Kindergarten or Kindergarten for Fall of 2025.

If you have more than one student, please submit this form once for each child.

Transitional Kindergarten: Child must turn 4 on or before September 1, 2025
Kindergarten: Child must turn 5 on or before  September 1, 2025

REGISTRATION PRIORITY is given to students who reside within the Mountain Elementary School District Boundaries. Following in district students, priority is given to the children of staff members and siblings of those already enrolled through the InterDistrict transfer (IDT) process. In order to be considered for InterDistrict Transfer, a sign IDT Form must be completed and submitted to Mountain Elementary School District between March 1 and April 30, 2025. MESD will use the lottery system to fill open spots in the TK and Kinder classes.
