Please complete this form if you are interested in joining the Lake Forest chapter. If the student meets the eligibility requirements, the ZEFR team will review the application and send the student a welcome packet.

Eligibility requirements: Students performing at a 4th to 12th grade math level who are registered in an Areteem class are eligible to join. Additionally, students must live locally to attend club meetings and study sessions.
