Arts & Crafts Vendor Application 2026
MOORPARK APRICOT FESTIVAL & ART FAIR • High Street, Moorpark 
  • Saturday, May 9, 2026 • 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 10’ x 10’ Booth space on asphalt
  • Vendors must supply their own canopies, tables, chairs, displays, cash bank and change, etc.
  • Arts & Crafts Vendor Fee: $75
  • Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until all spaces are filled 
A completed application consists of this form, emailing photos and a copy of your seller's permit to events@highstreetartscenter.com. If accepted, payment and insurance will be due no later than April 1, 2026.

This festival celebrates local art and Moorpark’s namesake fruit—the apricot. If possible, we encourage vendors to incorporate the apricot into their work. Please let us know whether this is something you can do and briefly describe how you would include it. For example, a greeting card artist might feature apricot fruit or apricot trees in their designs. Apricot scents, apricot color, etc. all ideas are welcomed!  *
Application Photos: Email a maximum of three photos of your work and photo of your booth from a previous fair.  *

Seller's Permit: It is required by Ventura County to have a seller's permit to participate in this event. These are free and can be obtained by going to: https://www.cdtfa.ca.gov/taxes-and-fees/faqseller.htm *

Proof of Insurance (FYI): Vendors are required to carry a minimum of $1,000,000 in general liability insurance. The Moorpark Foundation for the Arts and the City of Moorpark must be listed as additional insureds. Proof of insurance will be required upon acceptance into the festival.
