Welcome to the Muslim Student Union Anonymous Reporting and Complaint Form. At MSU, we are committed to creating a safe and respectful environment for all students. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of disrespect, discrimination, or harassment. This form allows you to report any concerns or incidents anonymously, and we take each submission seriously. Your feedback is crucial in helping us maintain a supportive and inclusive community. Please provide as much detail as you can to assist us in addressing the issue effectively.

There are two types of reporting:
1. Reporting Against an MSU Community Member: If you are reporting an issue involving a fellow MSU member, we will investigate the matter to ensure such incidents do not recur and that our community remains a safe and respectful space for all members.
2. Reporting an External Individual: If you have experienced discomfort or disrespect from someone outside the MSU community, such as a professor or classmate, we are here to offer support. We can help provide resources, guide you through reporting to the university, or assist you in addressing the issue with the concerned individuals.

This form is reviewed by the HR and PR director. Other members of the board may be involved depending on the nature of the incident.
