EXCLUSIVE TIRE PROVIDER
1.1 Sole Tire Provider. Race Treads shall be the exclusive and sole provider of competition tires for all East10 Pro-Am drift competition events conducted during the 2026 season.
1.2 No Alternate Suppliers. No other tire supplier, distributor, or installer shall be permitted to provide rear competition tires or tire service for the Series during the Term.
2. DRIVER TIRE PURCHASE REQUIREMENTS
2.1 Mandatory Pre-Purchase. All registered drivers competing in the Series must purchase their rear competition tires exclusively through:

Purchases must be completed prior to each event, in accordance with the deadlines posted on the website.
2.2 2026 Spec Rear Tire. The official and mandatory 2026 rear competition tire shall be:
● X Comp HP
● Size: 245/40R18
● UTQG: 200 TW
● MPN: 1951458404
No substitutions or alternates shall be permitted without written approval from Race Treads.
2.3 Pricing. The price per tire shall be:
● $110 per tire, inclusive of:
○ Shipping
○ Tire mounting
○ Tire disposal
○ On-site service at the applicable event
2.4 No Carry-Over of Tire Service. Tire purchases and service are event-specific and shall not carry over from round to round.
2.5 Service Fee for Non-Ordered Tires. If a driver presents tires for mounting or service at an event without having ordered tires for that specific event, a $20 per tire service fee shall apply.
● The fee shall be payable immediately at the event prior to service.
● Race Treads reserves the right to refuse service until payment is made.
2.6 Minimum Driver Threshold for On-Site Service. If fewer than sixteen (16) drivers are registered for any individual event, Race Treads shall not be required to provide on-site tire service for that event.
In such circumstances:
a. All tires ordered by registered drivers shall be shipped directly to the driver at the shipping address provided at checkout. b. On-site mounting, balancing, and tire disposal services shall not be available for that event. c. Additional shipping costs may apply, and such costs shall be the sole responsibility of the driver and/or Series, as applicable. d. Race Treads shall not be responsible for delays, missed deadlines, or a driver’s inability to compete resulting from failure to receive or install tires prior to the event.
2.7 Notification of Service Determination. Race Treads shall use commercially reasonable efforts to notify the Series no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event date if the minimum driver threshold has not been met and on-site service will not be provided.
The Series shall be responsible for promptly communicating such determination to registered drivers. Failure by the Series to communicate this information shall not create liability for Race Treads.
2.8 No Returns; Final Sale.
All tire purchases made pursuant to this Agreement are final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges shall be permitted for any reason, including but not limited to driver withdrawal, event non-participation, vehicle issues, scheduling conflicts, or changes in event format or service availability.
Drivers acknowledge that tires are ordered, allocated, and staged specifically for each event and that Race Treads incurs non-recoverable costs upon order placement.
2.9 Order Cancellation Cutoff.
Tire orders may not be canceled, modified, or refunded within ten (10) days prior to the scheduled event date.
a. Any cancellation requests submitted inside the 10-day window shall be denied without exception. b. Orders canceled outside the 10-day window, if permitted at all, shall be subject to Race Treads’ posted policies and administrative discretion. c. Failure to attend an event, disqualification, mechanical failure, or change in driver status shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
2.10 Exclusive Rear Tire Source; Limited Manufacturer Exception.
Except as expressly provided herein, all rear competition tires used in the Series must be purchased exclusively from Race Treads Motorsports LLC in accordance with this Agreement.
Limited Manufacturer Partnership Exception. Under limited circumstances, a driver who maintains a direct, documented partnership with X COMP may be permitted to supply their own rear competition tires solely for personal use at an event, subject to the following conditions:
a. The driver must receive prior written approval from Race Treads and the Series before the event.
b. The tires must conform exactly to the approved 2026 spec rear tire (X Comp HP 245/40R18 200TW).
c. The driver shall be required to pay a flat participation and tire service fee of Five Hundred Dollars ($500) to Race Treads for each event in which such tires are used.
d. The $500 fee is required to participate, is non-refundable, and applies regardless of the quantity of tires mounted, serviced, or used at the event.
e. The driver shall not resell, distribute, or provide tires to any other competitor.
Failure to obtain approval or pay the required fee shall result in denial of tire service and/or disqualification at the discretion of the Series.
