The Future City Philadelphia Engineering Fair is an opportunity for middle school educators, parents, and students to find out more about the Future City program and find information to help teams develop their city.

The fair will be October 13, 2018 at SAP America, 3999 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073

We are looking for engineering firms, technical societies and universities to be exhibitors!

Come join us to provide a fun filled morning of hands-on activities, games, and demonstrations that will inform and inspire students about engineering.

The schedule for the morning will be:

We ask you to provide a few engineers to provide hands-on activities, games, demonstrations, etc. for middle-school (6th, 7th, and 8 grade) students that helps to explain an engineering principle, provides information about your discipline of engineering or what your company does, or in some other way promotes engineering, at an age-appropriate level. We do want the students to have plenty of time to visit the other exhibitors and also sign up for one of the speakers or workshop, so please keep your activity or demonstration brief.

There is no charge to be an exhibitor. A table will be provided for each exhibitor. No electricity will be available.

The deadline to register is Monday, October 1, 2018.
