Groups meet once weekly for 7 weeks on different days of the week and times. They are led by facilitators who have been trained and care about your well-being.
The group will teach you about the effects of traumatizing experiences, and how to recognize unhealthy triggers. You will learn how to choose healthy coping skills that can improve the quality of your inner and outer life.
